TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE DECEMBER/JANUARY HOLIDAYS

For stays in the December/January school holidays with check-out on or before 24th December, or check-in on or after 2nd January, please scroll down for information regarding booking deposits.


The following T's & C's only apply to pets staying any nights from 24th December to 1st January inclusive (referred to below as Xmas/New Year).

By paying your booking deposit, you hereby agree that you have read and understood our terms and conditions.

We have a minimum 7 day boarding charge over the Xmas/New Year period, which is payable before 1st September. Bookings made after 1st September are payable at time of booking.

Balance of stay with check-in before 24th December and/or after 2nd January is payable on check-in please. No refund or credit if you decide to come home early.

Other than the passing of pets there is no full refund after booking deposits are paid.

This is not negotiable. To avoid disappointment, please do not ask.

Extra ordinary circumstances, eg medical conditions, may be taken into consideration. This does not include a change of mind.

Any days that have not been paid for on time, cancelled, credited or refunded, are forfeited. No bookings or payments can be on-sold or transferred to a third party.

Booking deposits are required for each room booked when the reservation is made to secure the booking. The booking may lapse if we have not received your payment and may not be able to be reinstated due to lack of availability.

$50 booking deposit required for each room booked in our Dawgy Dorm, Lil' Dawgy Fun House & Cattery. $100 booking deposit per room is required for dog Resort Rooms.

Payment not received before 1st September for the Xmas/New Year period may result in bookings and deposits being forfeited and cancelled without notice.

Additional services such as transport, extra personal playtimes, administration of medication, extra handling of wet food brought from home or special attention needed, is not required to be paid until check-in.

Prior to your pet's arrival, we ensure sufficient staff are available to care for them based on the period you have booked. Therefore, the booked period is payable on check-in for days in the school holidays, with no refund or credit if you decide to come home early. We are happy to refund or credit days outside of the school holidays.

Cancellations/alterations before 1st September:
All money, less $25 administration fee, is refunded.

Cancellations/alterations after 1st September before 30th September:
Booking deposit/s are not refunded. Balance refunded or credited.

Days before 24th Dec and/or after 2nd Jan which make up the 7 days to 10 days, are subject to the terms of this refund. Additional money paid for days other than those of the Xmas/New Year 7-10 days is fully refunded.

Cancellations/alterations made after 1st November and before
30th November:

Booking deposit/s not refunded. 50% of balance refunded or credited.
Money paid for any extra services is fully refunded or credited. Days before 24th Dec and/or after 2 nd Jan which make up the 7 to 10 days paid are subject to the terms of this refund. Additional money paid for days other than those of the Xmas/New Year 7-10 days paid is fully refunded.


Cancellations/alterations made after 1st December before
15th December:

Booking deposit/s not refunded. 30% of balance refunded or credited.
Money paid for any extra services is fully refunded or credited. Days before 24th Dec and/or after 2nd Jan which make up the 7 to 10 days paid are subject to the terms of this refund. Additional money paid for days other than those of the Xmas/New Year 7 to10 days paid is fully refunded.


Cancellations/alterations after 15 th December:
There is no refund or credit for the 7 to 10 days paid.
Money paid for any extra services is fully refunded or credited. Days before 24th Dec and/or after 2nd Jan which make up the 7 to 10 days paid are not refunded or credited. Additional money paid for days other than those of the Xmas/New Year 7-10 days paid is fully refunded or credited.


Prices quoted are current at time of booking and may be subject to change without notice. We are sorry, but we are unable to absorb all the increases passed to us by our suppliers and our Government.

To assist with costs, we are happy for you to make periodical payments prior to check-in. However, days booked for the Xmas/New Year period must be paid before 1st Sept.

FOR STAYS IN THE DECEMBER/JANUARY SCHOOL HOLIDAYS WHICH DO NOT INCLUDE THE XMAS/NEW YEAR PERIOD:

We do not require a booking deposit for stays in our Dawgy Dorm and our Cattery. However, we would appreciate if you let us know if you no longer require the booking.

Prior to your pet's arrival, we ensure sufficient staff are available to care for them based on the period you have booked. For stays in our Lil' Dawgy Fun House, we ask for a $50 booking deposit.
For stays in our Resort Rooms, we ask for a $100 booking deposit.

If the booking is cancelled more than 2 weeks prior to check-in, all monies are refunded less $25 administration fee. If the booking is cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to check-in, all monies less the booking deposit is refunded or credited.
