Our December/January Policy only applies to pets staying Xmas Eve, New Years' Day or days in-between.

For stays in the December/January school holidays which do not include any days from 24th December through to 1st January (inclusive), please scroll down for information regarding booking deposits.

The following T's & C's only apply to pets staying any days from 24th December to 1st January (referred to below as Xmas/New Year).

We have a minimum 7 day charge over the Xmas/New Year period, which is payable before 1st September. Bookings made after 1st September for the Xmas/New Year period are payable at time of booking.

Why do we ask for payment before 1st September or at time of booking if made after 1 st September? For many years, too many people were reserving quite lengthy blocks of time covering the Xmas/New Year period “just in case” they wanted to go away. Quite a few of these people would only let us know a day or two before Xmas that they didn't want the booking. Some didn't even bother to tell us they weren't coming. There were too many of our VIP's
( Very Important Pets) missing out. We felt it was only fair to have rooms available for those who genuinely wanted the booking.

Booking deposits are required for each room booked when the reservation is made to secure the booking. The booking may lapse if we have not received your payment and may not be able to be reinstated due to lack of availability.

$50 booking deposit required for each room booked in our Dawgy Dorm, Lil' Dawgy Fun House & Cattery. $100 booking deposit per room is required for dog Resort Rooms.

The balance of boarding for pets arriving prior to 24th December and/or leaving after 1 st January is required on check-in and once paid there is no refund or credit if you decide to come home early.

Payment for additional services e.g. transport, extra personal playtimes, administration of medication or special meals provided by you, is not required before 1st September, however is payable on check-in.

After 1st September, full refunds will only be giving with the passing of pets. Consideration will be given if a medical condition prevents boarding. This is not negotiable, so, to avoid disappointment, please do not ask.

No bookings or payments can be on-sold or transferred to a third party.

Bookings cancelled before 1st September : Money paid, less $25 administration fee, will be refunded or can be credited towards a future stay.

Bookings not paid before 1st September :
If amount payable has not been received, bookings will be cancelled and booking deposit will be forfeited.

Bookings cancelled after 1st September & before 1st November : 30% of amount paid for the Xmas/New Year period will be refunded or credited. Money paid for days outside of the Xmas/New Year period will be refunded. Days refunded are forfeited and cannot be re-instated.

Bookings altered after 1st September and before 1st November : 30% of amount paid for days not required between 24/12 & 1/1 (inclusive) will be refunded or credited. Alternate days required between 24/12 & 1/1 (inclusive) are subject to availability and are payable when amended booking is made. Days refunded or credited are forfeited and cannot be re-instated.

Bookings cancelled after 1st November and before 1st December : 20% of amount paid for the Xmas/New Year period will be refunded. Days refunded are forfeited and cannot be re-instated. Money paid for days outside of the Xmas/New Year period will be refunded.

Bookings altered after 1st November and before 1st December : 20% of amount paid for days not required between 24/12 & 1/1 (inclusive) will be refunded or credited. Alternate days required between 24/12 & 1/1 (inclusive) are subject to availability and are payable when amended booking is made. Days refunded or credited are forfeited and cannot be re-instated.

Prices quoted are current at time of booking and may be subject to change without notice. We are sorry, but we are unable to absorb all the increases passed to us by our suppliers and our Government.

To assist with your boarding cost, we are happy for you to make periodical payments throughout the year. However, days booked for the Xmas/New Year period must be paid before 1st Sept.

FOR STAYS IN THE DECEMBER/JANUARY SCHOOL HOLIDAYS WHICH DO NOT INCLUDE THE XMAS/NEW YEAR PERIOD :

We do not require a booking deposit for stays in our Dawgy Dorm and our Cattery. However, we would appreciate if you let us know if you no longer require the booking.

Prior to your pet's arrival, we ensure sufficient staff are available to care for them based on the period you have booked. Therefore, for stays in the school holidays, the booked period is payable on check-in with no refund or credit if you decide to come home early.

For stays in our Lil' Dawgy Fun House , we have a 2 day minimum boarding charge and a $50 booking deposit.

For stays in our Resort Rooms , we have a 2 day minimum boarding charge and a $100 booking deposit.

If the booking is cancelled more than 2 weeks prior to check-in, all monies are refunded less $25 administration fee. If the booking is cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to check-in, there is no refund or credit.
