Due to unknown travel restrictions with COVID-19 over the Christmas/New Year Period, this year we have extended the payment due from 12th Sept. to 1st Dec.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE DECEMBER/JANUARY HOLIDAYS

For stays in the December/January school holidays with check-out on or before 24th December, or check-in on or after 2nd January, please scroll down for information regarding booking deposits.

For bookings which include any nights from 24th Dec. to 1st Jan. inclusive:
  • We have a minimum 7 day boarding charge.
  • We ask for a $50 booking fee per room ($100 for Resort Rooms), at the time the reservation is made please.
  • We ask for payment of this period before 1st December. If payment for this period is not paid before 1st December, the booking and the booking fee will be forfeited.
  The booking fee is deducted from the stay. Only after the booking fee is paid, can the booking be secured and we will email you a confirmation statement of account.

Before committing to your booking, please read our T's & C's.
  • Cancellation before 1st December:
    All money, less $25 admin fee, can be refunded or credited.
  • Cancellation after 1st Dec more than 2 weeks to check-in:
    50% of money credited towards a future - no refund available.
  • Cancellation less than 2 weeks to check - in:
    Sorry - no refund, no credit, no exception - please don't ask .

Prior to your pet's arrival, we ensure sufficient staff are available to care for them based on the period you have booked. Therefore, unless advised of date changes no less than 2 weeks prior to check-in, the fully booked period is payable on check-in for days in the school holidays, with no refund or credit if you decide to come home early. We are happy to refund or credit days outside of the school holidays.

Please be aware that our T's & C's will be strictly adhered to for any future COVID-19 related cancellations or alterations.

Other than the passing of pets, there are no full refunds or credits for the Xmas/New Year period.

Our terms are not negotiable. To avoid disappointment, please do not ask.


FOR STAYS IN THE DECEMBER/JANUARY SCHOOL HOLIDAYS WHICH DO NOT INCLUDE THE XMAS/NEW YEAR PERIOD:

We do not require a booking fee for stays in our Dawgy Dorm and our Cattery. However, we would appreciate if you let us know if you no longer require the booking.

For stays in our Resort Rooms, we ask for a $100 booking fee.

If the booking is cancelled more than 2 weeks prior to check-in, all monies are refunded less $25 administration fee. If the booking is cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to check-in, all monies less the booking fee is refunded or credited.

Prices quoted are current at time of booking and may be subject to change without notice. We are sorry, but we are unable to absorb all the increases passed to us by our suppliers and our Government.
