For stays which include Good Friday or Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday, the following applies:

We have a 5 day minimum boarding charge for pets staying Good Friday or Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday and this is payable four weeks before Easter Thursday, or at time of booking if the booking is made less than four weeks before Easter Thursday.

Payment not received 4 weeks prior to Easter Thursday, for the 5 days, may result in bookings and deposit forfeited without notice.

Please carefully read our Terms and Conditions below regarding cancellations before committing to a booking.

Full refunds will only be given with the passing of pets. This is not negotiable, therefore, to avoid disappointment, please do not ask.

To secure bookings, we ask for a $50 booking deposit per room ($100 for Resort Rooms) at the time the reservation is made please.
Bookings can only be processed once booking deposits are paid.

The booking may lapse if we have not received your booking deposit and may not be able to be reinstated due to lack of availability.

Booking deposits are deducted from boarding stay.

Additional services, such as transport, extra personal playtimes, administration of medication, extra handling of wet food brought from home or special attention needed, are not required to be paid until check-in.

Prior to your pet's arrival, we ensure sufficient staff are available to care for them based on the period you have booked. Therefore, the balance of boarding for pets arriving before Easter Thursday and/or leaving after Easter Monday, is required on check-in with no refund or credit for days in the school holidays, if you decide to come home early. We are happy to refund or credit days exceeding the school holidays.

We are open every day with check-in times 7am - 4.30pm and check-out times 8am - 5pm, except for the following days over Easter when our gates will be shut when we are closed:

Good Friday: We open from 7am to 11am. Check-outs available after 11am by appointment only.

Easter Saturday & Easter Sunday: We are closed.

Easter Monday: We are open 12 to 5pm.


Any days before Good Friday or after Easter Sunday, which form part of the minimum 5 day payment, are not fully refunded less than 4 weeks before Easter Thursday and are subject to the T's and C's of the Easter Long Weekend period.

Bookings cancelled 4 weeks before Easter Thursday - all money, less $25 administration fee, will be refunded.

Bookings cancelled more than 2 weeks, less than 4 weeks before Easter Thursday- 30% of the money paid for the 5 days of the Easter long weekend is refunded. Additional money paid for dates other than the 5 days of the Easter long weekend is fully refunded.

Bookings cancelled less than 2 weeks before Easter Thursday - There are no refunds or credits for the 5 days of the Easter long weekend. Additional money paid for dates other than the 5 days of the Easter long weekend is fully refunded.


Any days that have not been paid for on time, cancelled, credited or refunded are forfeited.

No bookings or payments can be on-sold or transferred to a third party.

FOR STAYS IN THE EASTER HOLIDAYS WHICH DO NOT INCLUDE GOOD FRIDAY OR EASTER SATURDAY OR EASTER SUNDAY

For stays in our Dawgy Dorm and our Cattery, we do not require a booking deposit.
However, we would appreciate if you let us know should you no longer require the booking.

For stays in our Lil' Dawgy Fun House, we have a 2 day minimum boarding charge and a $50 booking deposit.
For stays in our Resort Rooms, we have a 2 day minimum boarding charge and a $100 booking deposit.
If the booking is cancelled more than 2 weeks prior to check-in: All money, less $25 administration fee, is refunded.
If the booking is cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to check-in: All money, less the booking deposit, is refunded.

Bookings for the Lil' Dawgy Fun House and Resort Rooms cannot be processed until the booking deposit is paid.

Dates may become unavailable if the booking deposit is not received at time the booking is made

Prior to your pet's arrival, we ensure sufficient staff are available to care for them based on the period you have booked.

Therefore, for stays in the school holidays, the booked period is required on check-in FOR DAYS IN THE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS, with no refund or credit if you decide to come home early.
We are happy to refund any days exceeding the school holidays.


Prices quoted are current at time of booking and may be subject to change without notice.

We are sorry, but we are unable to absorb all the increases passed to us by our suppliers and our Government.

To assist with your boarding cost, we are happy for you to make periodical payments throughout the year.
