As we are a small family owned and operated business, we are unable to absorb all of the price increases placed upon us by our suppliers and our Government.
We refuse to compromise on the care given to precious family pets and therefore, we are forced to adjust our prices from time to time.
Any adjustments necessary will be as minimal as possible and changed without notice to future or existing bookings.

We are fully staffed every day of the year. Other than the days listed below, we welcome pets between 7am and 4.30pm. We farewell pets between 8am and 5pm. Our gates are locked when we are closed.
Some public holidays which fall on a Saturday or Sunday are subject to additional or alternate days. Please click here to see all public holidays for this year & next year, which may be in addition to those listed below.

Inspections
We encourage inspections between 11am and 1pm. To enable us to have staff available to show you around, it is essential that you please make an appointment. For the comfort of our guests, during school and public holidays, or if not previously arranged outside of school holidays, kennel tours may not be available and all the goodbyes are said at reception.
