Our fees include the day of arrival and the day of departure.
The majority of days, we are open all day with check-in from 7am and check-out up to 5pm.
We allocate staff in advance, to care for pets based on the dates you have booked.
Therefore in high and peak seasons, we ask for payment on arrival please, with no refund or credit if you decide to come home early.
Unfortunately, we cannot fully absorb the cost of penalty rates we are required to pay.
Public Holiday surcharge: $10 per pet per day.

High Season: Qld school holidays
Peak Season Easter: Good Friday to Easter Monday. "Minimum 4 day charge".
Peak Season Xmas/New Year: 24th December to 2nd January (incl). Minimum 7-day charge.
Buddy Boarding: Discount rate for select dog friendly breeds able to safely share their room. Buddy Boarding is not available to large or strong breeds - Staffies, Bull Terriers etc.
Housemate Discount: Pets living in the same household able to safely share the same room with each other.
Solo: Dogs who cannot safely share a room with another dog. Or, can share, but want their own room.
We do not have facilities for dogs to share a room with cats.

EXTRAS
We appreciate there are pets who need special care and attention.
Our rates do not include the extra time it takes for us to tend to these pets.
Medication/Treatments: $3 per day.
Injections/convalescing care etc: From $10 per day.
Food brought from home: $3 per meal, storage & handling.
Pets from the same family in the same room 1 x $3 charge.
Meds & food from home given at the same time 1 x $3/application.
Dog hydrobaths: $25 per dog. Complimentary for stays 6 days or longer.
Pampa & Purrr Playground for cats: Complimentary for cats (only if they want to).
Personal one on one playtimes in our Paws Pool and Playground:
Dogs staying in our Dawgy Dorm have twice daily access to a grass yard directly off their room.
Our Lil' Dawgy Fun House and Resort Room guests have their own personal grass yards.
For additional playtimes with one of our carers, if you think your dog would like to run and play and maybe have a swim in our pool, these sessions are $15 for one dog, $25 for 2 dogs and $30 for three or more dogs from the same family, sharing the same play session.
Our play sessions are up to 30 minutes in time and are individually tailored to each dog.
Paid playtimes are not available on public holidays. Limited numbers at Easter and Xmas.
